Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Accommodation Office team at County Care Independent Living Ltd. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Users and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional support services to our Service Users.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the quality of care meets our high standards.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of our Service Users.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve our goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a care or support services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, Service Users, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car, with a willingness to travel to different locations as required.
