About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team working on our Severn Trent contract in the Leicester area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of horticultural duties to support the running of the contract, including grass cutting, hedge cutting, spraying, and general grounds maintenance duties as and when required.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous knowledge and experience within this field to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment in accordance with experience and training.
  • Carry out grounds maintenance duties to a high standard.
  • Work safely and in accordance with legislation and guidance.
  • Hold a full clean UK driving licence.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
