Accommodation Support Worker

Job Type: Part Time, Ad Hoc to cover staff shortages
Shift Patterns: Tuesday 08.30
About the RoleWe are seeking a patient and supportive individual to join our team as an Accommodation and Community Support Worker. You will be working with an individual who has a learning disability, epilepsy, and displays challenging behaviors.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing reassurance, continuity, and consistency in the individual's daily routines. You will also be required to support the individual in accessing the community, including visiting coffee shops, charity shops, and swimming at Riverside Leisure Centre.
Requirements- At least 6 months of care experience in the UK, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, and Challenging Behaviour
- Excellent communication skills
- Friday pay day, every week
