Bethell is a leading civil engineering and utility services group based in Manchester, and we are currently seeking an Estimating Professional to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing analytical estimates from first principles and associated data required to produce work-winning tender bids.
About the Role:- Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating within a water/wastewater utility organisation.
- Excellent skills in estimating software such as Valesco, Causeway, Conquest or Candy.
- Proven financial and commercial management skills.
- Good working knowledge of CESMM, HWMM, SMM7.
- Good working knowledge of NEC forms of Contract.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the estimating process and be able to work independently to meet tight deadlines. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
What We Offer:As an Estimating Professional at Bethell, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of our business. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including accredited training and career development opportunities.
