Position: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: 09:00am-03:00 pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays 09:00am-12:00pm (20-27.5 hours)
Location: Tamworth
Pay Rate: £12-£12.32 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and appointments for our clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Make outbound calls to establish connections and identify potential opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with a senior member of the team to achieve shared goals.
- Meet weekly targets of 5 appointments, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
- Utilize industry research and market analysis to find new opportunities and identify key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and establish a clear understanding of client needs and preferences.
- Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner, ensuring seamless communication and next-step planning.
- Request opportunities to quote or meet face-to-face, securing appointments on behalf of our clients.
- Establish a strong relationship with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and future business opportunities.
