TalentTech Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our client's projects design and estimation team in the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate quotes and update margins and spreadsheets for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
- Compile Bills of Materials (BoM's) and utilize AutoCAD 2D to design pipework.
- Conduct calculations for airflow and utilize floor plans.
- Liaise with M&E contractors and consultants.
- Work on 1-6 projects at a time and maintain a strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Interest and understanding of engineering, ideally in HVAC.
- Design experience with AutoCAD 2D and existing office-based and estimating experience.
- Professional and excellent communication skills.
- Able to commute daily to the office.
- £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
