About the Role

TalentTech Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our client's projects design and estimation team in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate quotes and update margins and spreadsheets for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
  • Compile Bills of Materials (BoM's) and utilize AutoCAD 2D to design pipework.
  • Liaise with M&E contractors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HVAC estimation and design, with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Able to commute daily to the Wednesbury site.
