Personal Assistant to Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Director.

This is a temporary contract role initially for 3 months with the possibility of further extension. The hourly rate is £20.51 per hour PAYE.

The role offers hybrid working, with at least 3 days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive support to the Director, including administrative duties and multifaceted support.
  • Arrange meetings for directors without PA support and cover annual leave/sickness within the team.
  • Administer meetings across various service areas.
  • Act as an effective gatekeeper, answering enquiries on behalf of the Director.
  • Minute taking and extensive diary management.
  • Travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of directors.

The successful applicant will have strong organizational skills, experience providing high-level executive support, attention to detail, and strong diary management skills.
