Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salary and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Handle Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the payment of salaries and benefits to our clients' employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and processing accurate and timely payments of salaries and benefits.
  • Verifying and processing timesheets from temporary workers to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client payroll data.
  • Providing expert advice on payroll-related matters, including statutory payroll calculations and holiday pay.
  • Ensuring that all payroll data is accurately processed and recorded, including bank details, tax codes, and holiday pay.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent numerical skills, and be highly organized. The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £55,000 per annum.
