About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Salary and Benefits Coordinator to join our busy team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing payroll support for over 4000 employees.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll changes, starters & leavers accurately
  • Manage and maintain employee records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • CIPP qualification (preferable)
  • Highly numerate and able to perform manual calculations
  • Experience in processing large payrolls in a fast-paced environment
  • Workday system experience is desirable
