Windows Order Processor

We are seeking a skilled Windows Order Processor to join our team at Eurocell, a leading manufacturer of uPVC products. As a key member of our Order Processing team, you will be responsible for processing and estimating orders, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our customers.

• Process and estimate orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide high-quality customer service and support via phone and email
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Record data, feedback, and customer needs accurately and effectively

• Previous experience in a Windows/UPVC quotations/estimating/processing role is essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• IT literacy and experience with SAP, First Degree, and BM touch are advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• A competitive basic salary of £25,000-£28,000 per year, dependent on skills and experience
