**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Team Leader to join our Perfect Placement team in Ilkeston. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing a team of technicians.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Deal directly with customers to provide a world-class service experience.
  2. Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service quality.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar capacity.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on results-driven performance.
  3. Tech-friendly individual with a solid grasp of technical processes.

**Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, 1 in 2 Saturday mornings.
  • Competitive salary up to £35,000, with OTE of £39,000.
