Support Worker in the Community

We are looking for a caring and empathetic Support Worker to join our team in the community. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with clients and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centred care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with toileting, continence care, and incontinence management.
- Assist with mobility, including helping clients move around their home and using mobility aids.
- Monitor health changes and administer medications as required.
About You:
- You will have a strong commitment to providing excellent care and support to our clients.
- You will be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
- You will have good communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
