Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM and web tools to identify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with potential customers through social networking
- Produce and send professional service contract quotations
- Follow up on sales calls to forward the process
- Set up new customer accounts and service contracts on the CRM
- Attend client meetings to further the sales process
- Represent the company at exhibitions and events
- Complete tenders as requested and follow up through the diary system
- Ensure exemplary customer service
Requirements:
- Be a confident and proven sales achiever
- Possess accuracy and attention to detail
- Be capable of effective time management and working autonomously
- Have the confidence to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Be driven and ambitious
