Front Office Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our hotel as a Front Office Team Member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including check-in, check-out, and responding to inquiries
  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Answer phone calls and emails, take reservations, and manage guest information
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, record-keeping, and report generation
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation and guest experience

The London Croydon Aerodrome Hotel, part of the Signature Collection Hotel by Best Western, is an ideal location for this role. Easy access to central London and only 15 minutes by train from East Croydon Station makes it an attractive option for business travellers and families alike.

The hotel has 110 bedrooms, including family bedrooms, and stylish wedding venues for up to 130 guests. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
