School Premises Officer

Academics is an established Secondary school based in Chatham seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of School Premises Officer.

Job Description:

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year's experience in facilities management or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the school's premises.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Assisting with minor repairs and refurbishments.
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school's facilities.

An estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
