Overview

La Fosse is seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to drive the company's software development and analytics strategy. As the Head of Software Engineering and Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and data analysts to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the software engineering team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet the company's business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement software development methodologies and processes to ensure efficient and effective software delivery.
  • Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure that software solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the company's quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company's software solutions remain competitive and innovative.
