Same Day Emergency Care Unit Operations Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Same Day Emergency Care Unit Operations Assistant to join our Administration Team at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the Same Day Emergency Care Unit within the Emergency Quadrant.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy team, including managing clinic diaries, appointment schedules, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
You will work closely with our Administration Team to deliver exceptional front-line services to patients, staff, and visitors.
We require a candidate with excellent organizational skills, who is IT literate and able to speak Welsh (Level 3). Previous experience in administration, particularly in a healthcare setting, is highly desirable but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Administration Team.
- Manage clinic diaries and appointment schedules effectively.
- Ensure efficient administrative processes and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as overtime opportunities and comprehensive training.
