About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Volunteer. As a Service Delivery Volunteer, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support services to individuals affected by crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support victims of all crime types and traumatic events
  • Learn and apply the Victim Support Service Model to effectively support victims
  • Attend networking events and community gatherings across North Wales
  • Participate in volunteer team meetings and contribute to the development of our services
Requirements
  • Be 18 years of age or over
  • Commit to volunteering for at least 3 hours per week for at least 12 months
  • Complete a 10-week training program, including virtual training sessions and online learning modules
  • Undergo a DBS check and join the DBS update service
  • Provide two satisfactory references
  • Have an active email address for communication with Victim Support
