Automotive Sales Director

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join their client based in Cumbria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experience in a retail franchised car dealership or similar sales role within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customers with the highest standard of customer care, assisting with their vehicle purchasing experience, offering advice and assistance with finance, insurance, and accessory products.
- Deliver 100% of set volume and profit targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the motor trade, preferably as a Business Manager or equivalent Sales Controller level.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high levels of customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build genuine lasting rapport with customers.
- Ability to present and deliver strategic plans to the management team.
- Full UK driving licence with no spent disqualifications for insurance purposes.
