About the Role

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join their client based in Cumbria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail franchised car dealership or similar sales role within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a high standard of customer care, assisting with their vehicle purchasing experience, offering advice and assistance with finance, insurance, and accessory products.
  • Deliver 100% of set volume and profit targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Work as part of a successful team responsible for the sale of new vehicles.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the motor trade, preferably as a Business Manager or equivalent Sales Controller level.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high levels of customer experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build genuine lasting rapport with customers.
  • Able to present and deliver strategic plans to the management team to assist the business achieve and exceed their objectives.
  • Full UK driving licence with no spent disqualifications for insurance purposes.
