PYRAMID8 ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A FINANCE ASSISTANT FOR A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM MATERNITY COVER. THE ROLE WILL BE TO ASSIST THE FINANCE MANAGER IN ALL ASPECTS OF DAY-TO-DAY LEDGER PROCESSING, RECONCILIATIONS, EMPLOYEE EXPENSES AND REPORTING. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC AND HIGHLY ORGANIZED INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN WORK AS A TEAM OR AUTONOMOUSLY.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities related to the vendor ledger.
- Process employee expenses and mileage returns.
- Process daily bank payments and receipts.
- Process incoming customer payments and account allocations.
- Deal with accounting queries both internally and externally in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in processing day-to-day ledgers.
- Use of SAP is preferred.
- High degree of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
