Job Title: HR Manager

Join our client, a leading business in the UK's FMCG manufacturing sector, as they continue to grow and expand their operations.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our site's HR function, while also contributing to strategic and group projects. As a key member of the site management team, you will drive a high-performance culture by challenging and coaching managers to apply performance and development principles and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ethical agenda to ensure the company achieves and maintains targeted levels of accreditation through customer and legal auditing processes.
  • Support and facilitate key internal stakeholders, fostering effective employee engagement and communication across the business.
  • Develop and deliver a strong people agenda, driving business improvement projects and influencing senior management.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified.
  • Experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment (other sectors considered).
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to deliver change and drive business improvement.
