Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Apprentice to join our team at Bates IT. As an IT Apprentice, you will be providing support to NHS trust based within the hospital NHS. You will be liaising with staff within the trust and provide support if required to others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing remote first line support
• Desktop migrations from one domain to another
• Office 365 Mailbox setup and configuration
• Active Directory configuration (users and computers)
• Windows PC and laptop roll outs
• Installing printer and toners
• Travelling to NHS sites and providing preventative maintenance support

Requirements:

• 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
