Sitting at the heart of Finance, the Business Analysis team is a vital component of TJX Europe's Business Planning and Analysis function. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that provide insightful analysis and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with functions across the organisation to provide financial and analytical support towards their goals and priorities
  • Work with the Business Analysis Manager to provide cohesive analytical support to inform strategic business decisions
  • Continually challenge the status quo and recommend ways to optimize business opportunities and minimize risks/costs
  • Support the business to conduct trials, consult non-finance professionals on Test and Learn best practice, and analyse results using statistical software
  • Provide key insights on competitors, market trends, and potential implications facing the business
Requirements
  • Highly analytical with an ability to use business intelligence to generate impactful insight
  • Strong business modelling skills
  • Skilled in translating financial or complex analysis in a simple, effective, and engaging manner
  • Ability to interrogate multiple large data sets and utilise analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Accounting qualification, MBA, or similar business planning experience
