Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community agencies
- Offer support and education to individuals and their families
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Compassion and empathy for individuals with mental health challenges
