Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and providing product information.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Support the sales process, promoting products and services to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.35.
- A 15-20 hour contract with various shifts available.
- 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) per year.
- 10% in-store discount.
- Pension scheme.
