Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team, working on industrial washers, conveyors, dryers, and other complex machinery. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting planned and preventive maintenance, fault finding, and maintaining critical spares.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have an NVQ level 2/3 apprenticeship or equivalent in engineering and previous experience working in a manufacturing environment. A good understanding of fault finding mechanically and electrically is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting planned and preventive maintenance on automated and complex machinery
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components including contactors, inverters, relays, bearings, rollers, and some work on Siemens and Allen Bradley
- Maintaining levels of critical spares
- Controlling calibration records
