Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Care Support Assistant to join our team at Bedfordshire Supported Housing Ltd. As a Social Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing practical and emotional support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to service users with daily living tasks, such as personal care, household chores, and meal preparation
* Assist service users with accessing their community, attending appointments, and shopping
* Work collaboratively with the on-call team to provide a comprehensive support service
* Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and support provided

Requirements:

* A caring and compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
* Full UK driving license (desirable)
* Willingness to undergo extensive training in social care
