Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Aberdeen. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, and acting as the key client interface.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement project plans, including quality, safety, health, and environment issues
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including KPIs
  • Manage project finances and ensure prompt client invoicing
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
  • Professionally qualified (MCIOB/APM or similar)
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
