Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, and ensuring that client objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
- Act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets
- Manage project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan
- Advising on the procurement of resources
- Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
- Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance
- Managing the change control process
- Monitoring and advising on project finances
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
- Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
- Professionally qualified (MCIOB/APM or similar)
- Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
