About the Role

We are looking to add peripatetic support workers to our teams to provide cover when there are holidays, training, and periods of sickness. This means that the people we support will have a familiar face and continuity of support when their regular team member is off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to individuals within their own homes through their own dedicated team of support workers.
  • Work in different teams with different people, providing cover when needed.
  • Assist in providing a familiar face and continuity of support to the people we support.
  • Be allocated a set number of teams to be part of and assist in.
  • Work a two-week rolling rota, with full availability required on certain days.
  • Be available for sleepovers on an ad hoc basis, paid at £12 per hour.

Requirements

  • Two years support worker experience is absolutely essential for this role.
  • Driver preferred.
