Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test lifting equipment and pressure systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough inspections of mobile plant, MEWPs, excavators, and other lifting equipment to identify potential hazards and defects
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and servicing of lifting equipment and mobile plant
- Proven track record of inspecting and testing pressure systems and lifting equipment
- Strong understanding of LOLER and PUWER regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
