About the Job

In Milton Keynes, we are hiring for multiple Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer positions. This full-time on-site role offers a competitive salary including shift allowance of £48-£52.97k (DOE).

We welcome applicants from diverse engineering backgrounds, including ex-Forces Engineers, to join our dynamic team as a Shift Engineer. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, maintaining, improving, and controlling production, automation, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Production Targets: Ensure consistent production targets every shift.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular PPM maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies for ongoing process and performance enhancement.
  • Document and Report Issues: Accurately document and report any issues encountered during shifts.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with other teams and departments to achieve production goals through effective communication and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate has relevant engineering experience, minimum NVQ Level 3, equivalent or transferable skills, and full rights to work in the UK.
