The Rock Point is a scenic inn located on Lyme Regis harbour, overlooking the surrounding bay and Jurassic coastline.
As a Commis Chef, you will be working in an 18th-century tavern that has been thoughtfully updated by St Austell Family Group to showcase character features alongside modern amenities. The Rock Point occupies a tranquil location at the heart of what many consider to be 'The Pearl of Dorset'.
Are you an enthusiastic Commis chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? You will be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests. As a commis chef, you will be assisting in the preparation of food, working as part of the team to ensure the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
