Corporate Restructuring Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Restructuring Specialist to join our team at Irwin Mitchell. As a key member of our Insolvency and Turnaround department, you will work closely with our Partner, Andrew Walker, who specializes in turnaround and insolvency matters.
The successful candidate will have a clear enthusiasm for this area of law and be looking for a clear career path and progression to Partner. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified lawyer either via traditional SRA route or CILEX with a minimum of 5 years PQE;
- Demonstrable technical experience gained in Corporate specifically across restructuring and insolvency matters, OR;
- Demonstrable technical experience gained in Commercial Litigation, specifically across insolvency matters;
- The ability to assist across multiple cases whilst maintaining attention to detail and a seamless service;
- An aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships;
- Demonstrable experience running cases without supervision and the ability to supervise more junior members of the team;
