Our team is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care to older people with a range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. We are seeking a caring and kind individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and complete daily record keeping, charts, and care plans.
- Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a high-quality care service.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- 0 hour contract, allowing you to pick up shifts as and when available.
- 12 hour day or night shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday.
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
- Free on-site parking.
- Enhanced bank holiday pay.
- Annual salary review.
- Refer a Friend Scheme rewarding £500 for every person you refer.
- DBS certificate paid by Excelcare.
- Comprehensive induction programme.
- Funded qualifications via the apprenticeship programme (where required).
