The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to our clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Managing databases and maintaining accurate records, including prescriptions and prescribing records.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes as required.
- Drafting and issuing memos, letters, minutes, and reports in a professional and presentable manner.
- Providing support to members of the management team as needed.
- Maintaining effective and appropriate administration and record-keeping systems.
