About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Supporter Care Manager to join our Supporter Income and Engagement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance supporter satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

As a Supporter Care Manager, you will lead a small team of Supporter Care Specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the wider Supporter Care team to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve supporter satisfaction and retention
  • Leading and developing a team of Supporter Care Specialists
  • Managing complex customer enquiries and complaints
  • Collaborating with the wider Supporter Care team to drive efficiency and innovation

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in supporter care or customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of supporter operations and risk management

We offer a competitive salary of £36,486, plus a range of benefits, including:

  • Annual leave starting at 26 days, rising to 30 days plus bank holidays

This role is hybrid, with 20% of contracted hours spent in the office. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey.
