Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Tate, a well-established family-run letting business in Ripley, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all properties meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agreeing rates and dealing with calls, bookings, and viewings
  • Liaising with tenants, guarantors, and contractors
  • Overseeing maintenance work and warranty repairs
  • Database and inventory management
  • Property inspections and tenancy management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lettings or property management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
