About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand new shop and contribute to the success of our retail operations. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the Shop Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets
Leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service
Working closely with colleagues to maintain a high-performing retail team
