About the Role

Oxford Instruments is a leading company in the field of high-tech tools and systems for research and industry. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with OEMs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the OEM market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM accounts, identifying new opportunities and developing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, product roadmaps, and pricing initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to OEM partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market insights to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the OEM market, staying up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the materials analysis market, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
