Commercial Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at TEAM, a leading design and build provider in the water sector. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and management to the commercial delivery teams and core team functions for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the outperformance of projects and tranches of projects
  • Providing commercial and contractual support to the Procurement team
  • Providing input to the continuous development of Commercial Strategy for Pre-works orders and Construction Phase
  • Leading the team in the tranche programme
  • Continuously reviewing resource levels to ensure effective and efficient delivery
  • Advising on resourcing requirements
  • Supporting the recruitment of resources
  • Supporting in providing contractual and commercial training to all staff
  • Supporting in review and continuous development of processes and procedures
  • Undertaking approvals to gates and other processes in accordance with the authority matrix

Requirements:

  • Professionally qualified to RICS, CMinstCES or previous experience in a management and leadership role
  • Experienced user of Microsoft products, Excel in particular
  • Experience and knowledge of IT reporting systems
