About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Volunteer Emergency Support Worker to join our team at the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Volunteer Emergency Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Hospital Ambulance Liaison Officers (HALOs) in their duties. You will assist in managing the smooth transition of patients from incoming ambulance crews into the care of hospital teams, while also promoting equality and diversity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to promoting equality and diversity. You will also have the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and the public.
