You will be part of a dedicated team that provides vital support to individuals navigating substance misuse in their community.

  • You will engage with individuals in various outreach settings, guiding them towards treatment services and community support.
  • You will deliver tailored care packages, including therapeutic interventions and psychosocial support.
  • You will contribute to safeguarding efforts and maintain safety protocols.
  • You will compile reports, participate in care planning meetings, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Substance Misuse, as well as demonstrated experience in outreach or similar roles within the substance misuse field. We offer a competitive salary of £25,397 - £30,991 per annum, based on location and experience, plus a range of benefits, including a generous annual holiday allowance, life assurance and pension scheme benefits, and non-contributory employee health benefit scheme.
