About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to take on a supervisory role at our service in Doncaster.

As a Support Workers Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to deliver excellent services to individuals with learning disabilities. Your primary goal will be to ensure that systems and standards are maintained to a high quality.

You will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee the supported living service and ensure compliance with external regulatory standards. This is a rewarding supervisory role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support and supervise the delivery of person-centred services to all people using the service.
  • To support the Service Manager in completing accurate rota and timesheet information.
  • To promote and support the health and safety of both people using the service and support colleagues.
  • To ensure that the actions of all colleagues directly supporting people using the service support their care, protection, and well-being.
  • To develop own knowledge and practice relative to continuous service improvement.
  • To provide support and supervision to Area Office Support Workers, ensuring effective and efficient person-centred service delivery.
