Subscription Growth Strategist

Spotlight Sports Group is a leading global media and technology company specializing in sports betting content and data. We're seeking an experienced Subscription Growth Strategist to join our team and drive subscription growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customer-centric, data-driven CRM strategy to acquire, retain, and reactivate subscribers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to establish a clear brand proposition and comprehensive marketing strategy for our Members' Club.
  • Work with data analysis teams to generate insights that inform key decisions and drive subscription growth.
  • Partner with product and delivery teams to prioritize the product delivery roadmap and optimize content creation.
  • Utilize A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies to identify and implement improvements for subscription upsell.
  • Manage key 3rd party relationships, including our subscriptions backend provider.
  • Stay up-to-date with subscription trends and strategies, attending publisher networking events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of generating and growing subscription revenues for a digital subscription service.
  • Extensive experience working within a digital environment, preferably within the publishing sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to create and execute new strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
