About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Associate in the Womens Health Unit of Princess of Wales Hospital. This exciting opportunity will provide you with the chance to work alongside our dynamic healthcare professionals, supporting them in delivering high standards of care to our patients.

The successful candidate will have the ability to create a welcoming and caring environment, working both within the clerical and clinical setting to support service provision. They will also be required to provide direct assistance to medical and nursing staff, undertaking tasks such as recording client observations, measuring vital signs, and assisting with clinical examinations/procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support professional practitioners in providing holistic care to patients
  • Assist in maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families, promoting positive relationships and outcomes
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
