Clinical Lead for Ventilator and Tracheostomy Care

We are seeking an experienced Ward Manager to lead our team of nurses and support staff in providing high-quality care to patients requiring ventilator or tracheostomy care.
As a Ward Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care, working closely with the Clinical Services Manager to achieve this goal.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in A&E, ITU, HDU, CCU, Respiratory, or Complex Care settings, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and manage a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £52,500, 6 weeks annual leave, and a range of corporate benefits, including a discretionary profit and performance bonus, and enrolment onto our Resound management training programme.
