Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals that meet the nutritional needs of our residents.

The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary requirements of our residents.

What We Offer

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in culinary arts or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a chef in a residential care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
